Payment Methods:

Check-in time 3:00 pm - 10:30 pm, check-out until 11:00 am. Full payment is required at check-in.
$30.00 will be charged to the registering guest for a set of keys that is not returned at check-out.
No smoking and no pets are allowed at this Bed and Breakfast lodging facility. A minimum of $250 charge applies if a room is found to be smoked in.
NO OUTSIDE SHOES are allowed in this Bed & Breakfast Home. For the convenience of our guests, plastic slippers are provided at the entrance.
No excessive noise or nuisance shall be permitted. Quiet time is observed by 11:00 pm.
The guest registering is responsible for all damages caused to room, furnishings and fixtures.
College Park B&B is privately owned and management reserves right to refuse service to anyone, and will not be responsible for accidents or injury or for loss of money, jewellery or valuables of any kind.

Twin room ($70.00/1 people) - One twin-size bed. Max 1 people.
Queen room ($75.00/1 people, $95.00/2 people) - One queen-size bed. Max 2 people.
Family room($80.00/1 people, $100.00/2 people, $120.00/3 people) - One queen-size bed & one twin-size bed. Max 3 people.

Prices do not include GST (5%) and PST (6%).
No Breakfast included, or breakfast for extra fee.
Cancellation Policy: Free if cancelled more than 24 hrs. before the date of arrival. If cancelled within 24 hrs. or no-show, 100% of the first night will be charged.
